fit your business. Our goal is find away to allow the average person or the small
business owner to receive advice on an affordable basis. Unlike many service
providers your fees with Dark Horse will NOT be hourly based. The fees are based on
the services to be provided and the success achieved. The fees will be agreed to
up-front, so there are no surprises.
Transparency:
You will receive:
- An initial consultation for free;
- A Fixed Fee proposal (not unlike the estimate to repair your car);
- A clear indication of the up-front deposit amount and the amount payable upon success;
- The deposit amount will be held in Dark Horse ‘s legal counsel trust account (ensuring that your deposit is not simply taken for no services);
- A simple services agreement will be entered into so you and Dark Horse know what each other has committed to do.
- Dark Horse is open to consider other fee arrangements including taking share ownership, taking a royalty on sales, or other methods.
Fee Example

and comment on whether a public transaction may be available--FOR NO COST. If it is
determined that you wish to go forward a Fee Agreement will be reached at that
point. This will be a SET FEE from start to finish. An upfront retainer of between
$10,000 and $20,000 will be taken. The remaining fees will not be paid until
success. Even then Dark Horse is prepared to take its fees in company shares thereby
ensuring the funds raised through the "go public" transaction go to your business.
So your cash outlay to Dark Horse (including legal counsel) can be as little as
$10,000.
