MARIJUANA LICENSING ASSISTANCE
DARK HORSE is a full service Marijuana consultant. Our services include the use of our in-house legal counsel. We will assist with your application to become a licensed cultivator, producer, processor, dispensary, and/or laboratory under the Canadian Cannabis Act. We have the necessary documents for your applications, including the documents required for licensing pursuant to the Cannabis Act. WE HAVE THE STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (the SOPs) you may need.

Cannabis Act Applications
Applications pursuant to the Cannabis Act (Canada) to cultivate (including micro cultivation applications), processing, testing, and dispensing (retail sales).

The Cost:
Unlike other Cannabis service providers our fees are based upon success. Your up front cost will be less than $30,000 for most applications. Applicants for a micro-growing/cultivator license will see costs of less than $20,000 for the normal application under the Cannabis Act.

Going Public -- Listing your Cannabis operations on a stock exchange
Through the Dark Horse in-house legal counsel we offer the services of taking your company public. Unlike many law firms this service will be success based. Our legal counsel has over 20 years in completing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Reverse Take-Overs (RTOs). Our legal counsel has successfully listed Cannabis operations in Canada. United States Marijuana Operations
We are prepared to assist your United States legal counsel with taking your US legal marijuana operations public in Canada and to assist in meeting Canadian and US securities regulations in raising capital for you. We are not like other services providers we WILL NOT "steal the client" from US legal counsel. We will simply provide Canadian assistance.
