For a fixed fee we will guide you through the process of becoming a public company, from start to finish. We will advise whether to proceed by way a Initial Public Offering (“IPO”), a Reverse Take-Over (“RTO”) or through a Merger. As our fee will based on your success we will be your partner in the process. Initial advice will be provided for no fee.​

Cost
The Dark Horse fee structure will be garnered to fit your business. In most cases the fee arrangements see the Company pay less than $25,000 for the transaction plus a success fee WHEN you become public. Currently most small companies looking to move to become public face charges from the major law firms in Canada of over $300,000 and there is no certainty that you will succeed. At Dark Horse we become your partners. We will agree up front (not based on hours spent) what the Dark Horse fees (including legal costs) will be for your project. Our fees will be based on success not time.​

We are NOT here to take you onto the New York Stock Exchange. We are here to get you listed on a junior stock Exchange such as the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”), the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) and the Over the Counter Exchanges (“OTC”) for a reasonable cost.
