Maintaining Public Company Requirements
Dark Horse staff (including in-house legal counsel) will ensure your compliance with the applicable stock exchange and Canadian securities commission requirements. This service includes the filing of your financial statements, the scheduling your shareholders meeting, the preparation of your required Notice of Meeting and Information Circular for your Annual Shareholders Meeting, arranging for your insider reporting requirements, filing and reviewing news releases, and ancillary public company compliance. ESSENTIALLY WE MAINTAIN YOUR PUBLIC COMPANY COMPLIANCE. Similar to our other fee arrangements-- Dark Horse is not like other public service providers--we perform the services for a fixed fee. In most cases that fee is LESS than $30,000 per year and it is agreed up front not at the end. Most law firms are charging more than that for just the preparation of the Annual Shareholder Meeting documentation.​

The Dark Horse team can help locate financing for your business as part of its "go public" transaction. Dark Horse has relationships with registered brokerage firms and registered finance companies that it can access on your behalf.​
